Have you ever
wondered why we do certain exercises, like The Hundred?
Or Rolling like a Ball? How do you handle it when a
client complains some exercises hurt their neck or lower
back? How do you know when a client is ready to safely
advance, and then how do you choose the appropriate
exercises to advance him/her?
In this workshop, we will discuss
some of these issues, what is really happening with your
client and how to move forward. Know when it is
appropriate to modify and gentle down the exercise for
your client to stay safe while he/she strengthens, or
when to offer more information and education so your
client can correctly and powerfully flow through the
moves. It all comes back to you and your ability to
assess and teach from many angles for a private client
or a group.
